I overheard a coworker trying to call this agency on speakerphone today and my heart was broken for her. She was calling on behalf of someone else and the women at the front desk was BEYOND rude. It was almost degrading. She spoke down to her, as if she herself was the owner of the agency. Even if she was, no one should have an attitude like that so early in the morning. I hope Antonella does better than this because what a shame. I recommended that my boss cut ties with this agency and call BBB.
