After a very long year of insuring my vehicles with this company they raised my rates by $700 for the insurance period on a 2006 Ford Focus. I have been a customer of Andy Anderson for over 15 years, with the same policy. My insurance carrier went out of business. I immediately contacted Suzie to get the ball rolling on a new insurance policy. She assured me that they would have a policy in place through Florida Citizens. I continually followed up with her to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely fashion. I had to remind her constantly to make sure the paperwork was sent in. spoke to Suzan to get policy upgraded from primary to investment on Monday followed up few days after, still could not get an answer. then next week Wednesday right before closing said they could not write it after chasing them. called another company got the insurance wrote up in less then 24 hours and mentioned that Andy Anderson agency didn't do the work because it was not that complex of a policy. I been client for about year. Always dealt with Patrick. Good man. Very professional. Worked very hard to get lowest rate on my vehicles, home, and motorcycle. Very happy. Need to ask a question? Give them a call and they will call you back as soon as they can. Dealt with another lady the other day on transfer of policy. Took half hour and was done. Go get a quote.

Did a good job assisting me with my insurance needs. Basically I did everything from. Did not have to go to their office. Everything was handled online or over the phone. Nice people.
