I highly recommend Bahr Insurance for anyone in Southern Maryland area. The staff here is highly knowledgeable and great at customer service. I have been helped by Stacey and Cheyenne for multiple policies with Bahr, and I have had great service and the best rates on every occasion.

Matt and his staff are amazing at individual support and contact. They really do watch over their customers best interests. I have always found them to be supportive and helpful when I have questions. This is what keeps me with local agents instead of faceless online insurance agencies. I can't recommend them enough.

I have had auto, home, and umbrella liability insurance with Erie for over 15 years. Matt Bahr and his staff have consistently been quick to respond anytime I have left a message, always courteous, and genuine in their effort to try to get me the best value for my money. They have also helped when we dealt with accidents caused by other drivers, helping us get our cars into the shop quickly and back on the road, while the claims adjusters and the lawyers worked things out with the other driver’s insurance company. I'm not always quick to recommend, but Bahr Insurance Agency is my most frequent recommendation. We've been with Erie for quite a few years; our original agent in Huntingtown transferred us to Bahr when he retired around 2008/09 ish. I thought our original agent was good, but we quickly learned that transfer was a significant gift to us as with the added passion and extensive knowledge of policies that Matt possesses.
