Pricing is good, but services is best. Jill's team has been fantastic to work with. Jill spent several minutes on my timeframe talking through options, and not pushing too hard to sell me things I don't need. She explained things, and was thorough to follow up any time I had issues. Also, pricing was the best option for us, an obvious reason to start to look for more estimates. If you're looking for insurance, reach out. Price is important, but when you actually need help, their team will be there.

After meeting Jill, I was so eager to switch over my insurance to Big Bend. She has such a great personality and is passionate about her business and helping her clients. She was able to answer all of my questions and then provided a detailed quote in a timely manner. I now have better insurance with more coverage at a lower cost.
