We have been with Bittle & Company for over 30 years. My husband joined when he bought his first car. We have never switched or even checked into other companies simply for the reason we feel we get the best service and coverage at a fair price. Very happy customers ❤️
The people in this office are very courteous and competent. They never mind when I need to call them more than once a year to make a change to my policy. When I buy a new car the dealership often comments that Bittel reps are the most pleasant and friendly insurance reps they have dealt with. We have moved more than an hour away but would not change to a closer agent due to our good experience with this agency.
This company is by far the best to work with, they are caring and understanding and very informative. They are always there to help and answer questions and very prompt to do so. I have been with them for many years for my home and auto as well as my business needs and with them backing me I know I know I have no worries about anything. I highly recommend them every chance I have. Thank you for always supporting me , I appreciate everything you do for me.
I’ve been a customer for 35 years and counting. When you call to ask a question or check on coverage you get a real person. Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly, honest and professional. Would highly recommend this company for all your auto, home or other coverage. If i could rate higher than 5/5 stars I definitely would!
All the employees that I deal with at this branch are awesome! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Anytime I have a request they are more than happy to help right away! It's refreshing to have a business like this in a time where customer service has been lacking to say the least at a lot of businesses.
