We have been ERIE Insurance policyholders for many years. We recently relocated from VA to Garner, NC, and decided to work with Blinson Insurance Center. We have HO and vehicle policies with them, and they always provide great customer service. Our agent, Ms. Jessica Cook, is a knowledgeable insurance professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have held insurance with Blinson for about 8 years. But, after being struck from behind and needing guidance to navigate the process Blinson was absent. It took nearly a year to resolve and communication was all one way. I was passed off to Erie Insurance to get through the process and Blinson only stepped in after I pleaded for more help because of Erie's non-responsiveness. Blinson is the place to go for insurance! Such an awesome staff! Jessica was so helpful when we bundled our home and auto insurance last year. She made it so easy. And it was a much lower rate than the previous company gave us, who we were with for a long time. Don’t even think about it and give them a call!
