I was very happy with my interactions with Consumers Insurance. I spoke to Tim Renard and he answered all the pertinent questions I had. He called the next day with a great quote from Erie Insurance for the same coverage I had with another company. Two people recommended that I call Consumers Insurance Agency. I'm glad I did!
I can't say enough about how great Consumers Insurance has been. We recently made a number of changes to our policies. Not only was the pricing reasonable (through Erie Insurance) and the coverage outstanding, but Courtney was as helpful as could be.
