On 4/6/2023, we met Karen SCHOENWALD and asked for her help on a complex insurance issue. We had purchased a secondary house, as an investment, in Fall 2022, from a private party. We had just learned that day, from a letter from the mortgage holder, that the HAZARD insurance had lapsed three weeks before we received their letter! Sheri!!! What a lady! Between back and fourth phone calls following up with my auto quote she was able to keep up with my busy day, and still follow through with a good attitude. Even with me not having all of my information on the spot, Sheri veered me into the right direction with patience and was able to find the lowest rate for me, even after ALL my searching I gave one last call, and Sheri made it happen!!!
