We had the pleasure of working with Jamie Brown at Dormon & Reynolds. She helped us navigate through a difficult situation. She was kind hearted, understanding, and patient with us after dealing with the death of a loved one. She was also very professional. She was able to answer any questions we had and had great customer service qualities. We would highly recommend her to anyone needing a bond or any other insurance needs.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dormon & Reynolds Insurance for about 25 years in association with my job, and with the renewal of my notary bond. I have been with many insurance agencies in my years, but Dormon and Reynolds is certainly the best. They are knowledgeable, fast to respond, and always friendly when when answering questions. When there are issues with insurance claims, they have answers with options. This is crucial, as I do not encounter many situations where I need to use insurance for claims. After 31 years with another insurance company we decided to check out other options. The first company I called was Dormon and Reynolds. After speaking with Chris Reynolds we decided to move our home and auto policies to Dormon and Reynolds. Chris not only lowered our premiums, we also got better coverage. He took time to listen to our needs and told us how to handle the transition with our mortgage company. Excellent customer service!
