By far this company has exceeded all my expectations just in the first few weeks. The customer service with my agent has been what was lacking at my previous Insurance company. Cassie made feel like family. I want a company that is all about helping me with all my questions and helping me keep all my rates down. I want a company that give me tips to let me know what I should or shouldn't do. And I have found that here at Erie Insurance. They are for their clients, not for their pockets.

Patterson was a great company with great rates through Erie. When they sold to Donius the rates went sky high. After over two decades with Patterson, we moved our auto to a new company and saved over $1000.

We've been with Donius Insurance agency for over 20 years and the personal service is just as wonderful now as it was when we began. We have been with Donius Insurance for over 30 years. They are always there to answer any questions we might have. The unfortunate times when we have had to make claims, they have made the process as pleasant as possible and we always have had fast, reliable service from them. We have recommended them to many of our family and friends. They also, have had great things to say about Donius Insurance. Definitely would recommend Donius Insurance to everyone.
