The Goodenow Insurance Group gets a 5 star rating because of their superior customer service and dedication to getting good coverage for the best price! Incredibly thorough and patient communication! Also, my group saved more than 20% off the annual premium that another agency quoted with the SAME insurance carrier! Don’t know how they did that but our association is thankful! Go Goodenow.
I rarely rave about insurance companies, but I highly recommend Goodenow. If I need help or have questions, I always get a friendly helpful person on the phone when I call. Sometimes dealing with insurance claims can be rough, but I always feel like I have someone in my corner with Goodenow.

Great at reminding you when you have a payment for renewal. I've always have had trouble with getting them to reach back out to me with new quotes. I had to call back many times at least 3-5 times during two of my renewals.
