Having had Erie Insurance for many years, thought I would return for a renter's policy. After initially contacting the agency, it was a bit over a month until I could actually initiate a policy. After dealing with Messenger, following the agent's instructions, I was frustrated to not get answers to my questions. Hopefully you don't need to call insurance offices often, but when I do call Groningers they are always professional and great to work with. Needed a reprint of my auto insurance card for inspection and they emailed it to me minutes later. They rarely try to upsell you, and prices stay relatively the same.
