We have been with Erie for too many years to count. If we ever had a problem, we were created very good, Since Groves have taken over, we feel that they are doing a great job handling our problems.

Groves insurance go the extra Mike for their customers. The office is very clean.The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about insurance. If you have a question about your insurance or future insurance they get back to you in a timely manner. Great insurance rates. Thank you Mrs. Libby for helping me out with my situation. You had me an answer within 10 minutes.

Have been with this agency for over 25years. When Kathy D retired, I was turned over to Pam Bell and she is just wonderful!! She listens, she makes sure everything is correct to the customer's requirements, and very personable. She knows how to make a customer feel comfortable, liked and she wants to make you happy. Thanks for becoming my agent. I look forward to many happy years with her & the agency.
