I cannot recommend Horizon Insurance Services enough! My daughter is moving from Maryland to my hometown of Columbus, Ohio and needed renters and auto insurance. I called seven other companies prior to Horizon, and either got an automated message, or no one was available to talk to me.

Our experience with Horizon Insurance has been leagues above the rest. Horizon handles all of our policies; home, auto, etc. Mara, Kathleen, Brian, EVERYONE at Horizon is amazing. They are always there for me when I need to make a quick change or need a certificate, etc and are very prompt to deliver. I recommend them to all of our friends and family and anyone who reads this.
I love working with Brian and all of the other agents at Horizon. When I call they know me. They are happy to speak to me and answer all of my questions and address any of my concerns. They work quickly to resolve any issues I have ever had. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
