Miceli Insurance Agency is many steps above others. We carried a policy with another Erie agency for over 40 years! After that agency changed ownership, the service suffered severely! It was difficult to contact that office, have continuity with an agent, we never received any counseling or recommendations. We liked Erie, but could no longer tolerate our original agency.
