I always call Leprechaun insurance even though i do not live in Hermiston any longer. They have always treated me right and gave me the best prices. Always friendly and have the best customer service around.
Bad customer service super rude and bad prices
They are friendly most of the time but I just can't seem to get past the fact that every time I call they don't answer the phone and they NEVER do callbacks. Edit -nope. Im up until past midnight and I've done it several days in a row before and I always end up having to drive over from pendelton where I live. Nice try though. This has also happened on 4+ occasions.
Have not had a problem any time I have called to check for quotes has been really nice each and every time
Sarah was very helpful and I was able to get a new insurance policy with ease and affordable. She worked at discounts I needed and was friendly. She is a single mom and has kids in a homey feeling house off the highway. Wasn't worth criticism but gave me grace that I was in a place I'm proud to support.
