HORRIBLE customer service!! Smart mouths and rude as can be. You can call 5 times and ask the same question and get 5 different answers, and putting people on hold and not coming back. Another fine example of insurance companies ripping people off!!!!!

My daughter bought a new car and with minutes before closing the two young ladies waited on us and went above and beyond what was expected of them to make sure she had coverage! They are an asset to the company and should be recognized and rewarded. Great customer srvice!

Because, it's been going on 7 week's since my accident. They are not finished with the paper work. They are taking their sweet time. Now another truck payment is due in a couple of days.

This company has some of the RUDEST people working there. They are a mother- daughter team that shouldn't even be working together. They need intenes training to better their customer service skills and proper phone etiquette. I will never do business with company and I will never send them any business and my word of mouth is powerful!!!!!
