Wonderful experience with Mike Embree Insurance! I was assisted by Mr. Embree himself. He was very professional, personable, attentive, knowledgeable, and patient . He took the time to answer my questions, explained everything, and made sure I understood my policy. He found me a policy that fits my needs and at a great price. Mike Embree's office provided really great service for the 4 years that I lived in Durham. Everyone in the office provides really comprehensive and reliable service. Their communication is top notch and very efficient and timely. They were also able to help me find a much cheaper insurance option when I lived there, which was fantastic. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

We recently discovered Embree Insurance Agency online, as we were looking to shop our homeowners policy. Mr. Embree and his team have been fantastic and were able to provide such great service and information that we decided to switch over our auto insurance as well. Mr. Embree's communication was prompt, professional, and he answered my many questions with patience and excellent information. I highly recommend Embree Insurance!

We left State Farm because they don't offer a multi car policy for unmarried couples. I called two body shops to see if they have worked with Erie and they both said they were at the top of their list to deal with claims. By moving to Erie Ins./Embree agency, we saved between 700 and 800 dollars a year on our premium. You can expect very professional help from Heather with questions and quotes.....we've move home and auto to this firm and are very pleased. Try them for a quote...you might be surprised!
