I’m very disappointed in Morales Insurance company and Jonathan Miguel. We transferred ALL our policies to Morales last spring. Our auto policy included towing up to $50. In June we had to have our truck towed and I contacted Jonathan promptly. He asked me to send him the tow bill, I did, and he said a check would be ready that week. We are winter visitors so I asked him to mail the check. He never did and I made several attempts to contact him but he would not respond. DO NOT TRUST MORALES INSURANCE!

Well the first time walk-in is the friendliest. Everthing was explained step by step as the paperwork was being done. As far as payments i went for the automatic take out of my credit card, im only on my 2nd month . Cant really judge this till my whole 6 month term is up.
