Insurance is only as good as your Agent. Unfortunately Curtis Owens is not very good. He does not return texts, emails or Phone calls when service is needed. Had been with Nationwide for 11 years, and until recently did not need much service, but when I did, Could not get any replies from Curtis, not sure what his problem is, but the service is lacking. So amazed at the wonderful service I received at Owen Insurance Agency! My auto insurance was coming up for renewal and I was contacted by Kayte that the premium would increase. Before she let me know about the increase she researched to find me a better rare. My savings was about half of what I was playing before! What a nice surprise!
Excellent customer service and pricing for any insurance needs. Kayte and her team always recommended what plans are better for our business, or even personal, some details that you never think about she always points them for us , very clear and honest information, she explained our policy very professionally and gave us great recommendations and you definitely will never get better pricing anywhere else!
We have our car and home insurance though Janet, she was very helpful and the first person to go through and explain all the coverage we where getting. Also saved us money. Go see Janet.
