My experience was not good as I paid my bill for entire year advance for the quoted insurance and a few weeks later received an additional bill for extra coverage that is not detailed in the billing statement and was not authorized by me as they claimed to have called me to make this change. I do not recall any call from someone about any change calling me from this agency. I called my agent and she said she will remove this added coverage along with the extra premium charge. I had an outstanding customer service experience with Stephanie. If you need to work with someone willing to go the extra mile, give her a call. She helped me with a unique insurance need where nobody else would. She was creative, responsive and professional.

Today I called and Kathy picked up the phone only to promptly hang it up. Upon calling back she was no more accommodating, and I was thoroughly unimpressed with this encounter overall. If taco bell employees can be friendly so can you.

Don’t not do business with this agent. They are horrible. I’m so disgusted with their unprofessionalism. They don’t stand by and help you for anything. You can never get hold of the Agent. Look somewhere else. Or you be sorry!!
