Tony was great when I first signed up with him; great price, good communication, etc., but once the policy was sold to me, it was very difficult to get questions answered and basic information updated. Addresses were not updated so when the policies were cancelled, the refund checks went to the wrong addresses. Maybe my expectations were too high. Wow! What can I say. After my son got his learner’s permit, my auto insurance had reached a point where it was not affordable. The only way I could afford it would be by taking my son off the insurance policy and not letting him drive. But…the insurance company told me I couldn’t remove my son from the policy even if he was not going to drive my car. I really didn’t know what I was going to do. That’s when I gave Tony a call. I am so happy I switched to Preferred Insurance. Not only did they save me over $700 a year, but they took the time to find me the coverage I needed for the best price. Any questions or needs that I have are promptly handled, and all I have to do is send a text. They are friendly and very easy to work with. Thank you Preferred Insurance! Tony quoted us years ago, and we didn't immediately switch. After another quote, we regretted not switching earlier. Tony made it so easy, not a hassle whatsoever.

Tony does an excellent job and he loves helping people. His team works hard and gets results. He was able to shop my policy out to several different companies and ultimately save me about 40 percent on my car insurance premiums. I have had this company e-mail me new insurance cards and switch my policy to a different car all within the same day or even within the hour.
