I appreciate the friendly, professional, and timely, service I received working with Troy Hays on my home and auto policies. With rates on my old policy increasing greatly with no claims, Troy was able to provide better quality coverage at a much lower cost. He also provided a thorough explanation of the coverage details so I could fully understand the benefits of the coverages I chose. Well done, and thanks very much Troy.

Liz is great to work with. Always responds to calls and emails in a timely manor. Always takes the time to go over policy and answer any questions she can and the ones she can not answer she calls the insurance provider and gets the answers to the questions your asking. I would highly recommend redmer insurance.

I’m a business owner who has had policies with Redmer over a few years now! I can’t say enough good things about how Liz Mika and the rest of the staff! They make my company look good! A client recently complimented my business for being so prompt in showing them proof of insurance and getting their name on our paperwork for a particular future dealing !
