I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism I received from Simpson’s Olde Towne Insurance. After being insured through USAA for decades, I received a quote for my home/auto insurance which was substantially lower than I had been paying. Linda Bennett made the switch effortless and was extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Simpson’s-five stars all the way!
Updating my review to compliment the unparalleled customer service by Erie Olde Towne Insurance. Chris assisted me with reimbursing expenses for a locksmith when my wife accidentally locked her keys in her car. Not only was he able to help me after hours, he did so the day before leaving for his honeymoon. If they doesn't show their commitment to their customers I don't what else would!
