I originally went to the Shoppe in Leesburg but was directed to the new shoppe closer to home in Warsaw. In doing so, everything was still able to transfer over with ease. Nicole knows what she is doing and -very well I might add. Being that it is just her at the new location, she does great. Response - I did not approve a change in my insurance because the cost quoted was too high. I did not know that your company had made that change and your response was it was my responsibly to review my account. That cost me over $400. Your job is to help save me money, not cost me more, that is why you are receiving a negative review.
Small business standing out above the rest! If I ever have a question about my policy to be clarified Wysong insurance is there to assist in any way. I always look at reviews before I decide to go with any provider or if I go anywhere out to eat, even with us being a smaller town. It's a family business which is awesome! I walked in and just by walking in they give you a warm greeting! I would definitely recommend them!
